This is Roland MT-300s that I bought around 6 years ago.

Since this unit is compatible with General Sound and General Midi and you can use this with almost any midi-compatible device like keyboards, arrangers etc. Also, you can think of this device is a floppy-drive-embedded Sound Canvas unit; which is especially demanded by retro gamers.
Instead of a sound canvas unit, just connect this device to an retro computer (via MPU hardware or emulation software) or to a modern computer via a midi interface unit like Roland UM-ONE and you got your midi-compatibility.
The most useful feature of this unit besides the midi-compatibility is being a standalone device. It has stereo speakers, basic midi manipulation interface, a floppy drive and even an handle!
The condition of the unit is good, not perfect, rusting has become inside the metal speaker grills.
I tried three midi songs with a 800k formatted floppy disk:
- Eye of the Tiger
- Star Wars Intro
- Monkey Island

And honorable mention to Roland: They still have a page for this product!
